Weight Watchers Food Diary 22.07.16 – Started Well But Ended Badly

Seen as last weeks Food Diary was a success for me I decided to stick with it. If you want a little more on Weight Watchers or to see what I lost you can read my last food diary 15.07.16. This fortnight fell over my sisters wedding weekend. I started out really well but as you’ll see it didn’t end that way.

The first few times I tried Smart Points I feel like I spent a lot of the time comparing it with Pro Points. That’s the version of Weight Watchers before this one. You got less daily points but food pointed less so I always felt like I was missing out. It’s taken time to push this out of my mind & just get on with what I have to work with.

All Down Hill From Here

Thursday

This is the day I went to have my root fixed & took my blonde hair a shade lighter which you can see over on my Instagram feed. This process took about 5 hours maybe 6 at which point we headed to my parents house. It was due to an early start heading out to my sisters wedding the next morning. We didn’t particularly eat bad but it was mainly processed food. I think I had those Birds Eye chicken burgers in sliced bread so not a good start!

Friday

So starting with breakfast at Burger King at the train station wasn’t the best option but a Chicken Royale did fill that hunger pang. I used to be very picky with food (still am if you ask my hubby) but much better than I was thanks to him. I had a ham sarnie for lunch as we were all in a field prepping the wedding marquees. There was a good bit of lifting but not enough to work anything off. We then had KFC followed by sharing a pizza at a pub & snacking on some Cadbury’s nibbles. This isn’t boasting but there’s not point lying to myself it’s already happened & I’m sat here cringing about it.

Saturday

We stayed at an Ibis Budget which meant there was little choice to breakfast, the omelette had cheese in which I don’t do & the bacon was super crispy. For £5.50 it was an expensive toast with Nutella along with a croissant. I did fill up on much need coffee which was the best part about it. Then it was a mad dash to my sister to curl my hair, sort my make-up out & get dressed. I swear those waist cincher knickers are like a torture device! It worked & did smooth me out but it sure reminded me I needed to lose more weight. After the wedding ceremony she had a festival style party that included pulled pork baps, candy floss & of course wedding cake!

I love my sisters to bits & I’m so happy to have been at her wedding. It was full of laughter, lot’s of great classic trance by the end of the night & a few very happy tears.

Sunday To Friday 

So this week just gone has been a write off, I’ve carried on eating what can only be described as rubbish. Even when chocolate gives me acid where I can’t sleep it still didn’t stop me. That first week I thought would kick me into gear & keep me on the right path but it didn’t.

Back On The Bandwagon!

So as of Saturday I’m back doing Smart Points, we are off to the cinema to see Suicide Squad which I’m hoping is better than the reviews I’ve seen. I think we will likely be having Subway because it’s close by & it easily pointed which I love. I’m trying to do an Ocado order so we have real food in so we don’t eat take away. I will weigh my self Friday & hope I’m close to my last weigh in, fingers crossed.

I’m hopeful that I’ll be back on track by next Friday so keep your fingers crossed. I so wanted to just quit & not write this post but I have to learn progress some how. It’s not the first time I’ve mucked up & won’t be the last but I’m trying to break a lifetimes habits.
