I think sometimes when I look at my make-up & decide what to use it can be a little too often I pick the expensive pieces up first. It’s not that I’m a snob but that I don’t want to waste it sitting there in my room gathering dust. However I noticed I do have a lot of drugstore beauty bits that are great & work just as well as their expensive counterparts. These aren’t super cheap but drugstore is much more affordable than most so here’s a full face that’s drugstore only make-up.
I love finding out whats new in make-up especially if its in the more budget friendly variety at the drugstore. I haven’t put every new release just the ones I thought you gals might be interested in. Spring has finally popped it’s head up & the sun has been out so brighten your mood with this bold beautiful bright set of shades. When I enter any shop that sells make-up I always leave with foundation on the back of my hand. Expensive or not whatever budget I’m on I like to test them & compare shades. I like to research them on Youtube to see what people think & make sure to listen for their skin type too. It’s a bit of a mine field when it comes to foundation so these are my tips & tricks to getting the right product without hopefully wasting money.
I love getting creative with makeup, even though I’m yet to perfect that feline flick! I will often make Saturday about trying out something a bit different like the recent affair I’m having with the Clinique’s Black Honey range or simply a strong lip shade like Bobbi Browns Razzberry that stands out, it creates a focal point. However if I just want to look like me but better then I have certain go to make-up that just works. 2014 is almost over. We can all look back to our best or worst memories of the last year and see that we made it to the end of it. For beauty bloggers it means seeing what make up we loved the most & what spring cleaning is needed as we head into 2015. I know make-up in it’s very basic form is superficial.
