There was a time when I swore I’d never wear lipstick. I just couldn’t understand how you do day to day things while wearing it. Drinking, eating or even touching my own face becomes a bit of a nightmare. Over the last few years I’ve slowly incorporated it into my makeup routine. This is to the point where if I’m in a rush I’ll choose a lip product over creating an eye look. I like how I can brighten my mood in an instant with a red or bring out the my old goth side with a purple lip. So these are my tips to keep my lip colour lasting all day long. Doesn’t everyone want to know what the latest Viva Glam lipstick from Mac is. I can feel a little less guilty knowing the profits go to charity. Many will have picked this up because it’s the Ariana Grande colab but I honestly hadn’t even heard her sing before! Knew she was a singer but that was it, for me it was all about the shade. Depending on your style this can be very wearable to very daring depending on the intensity you like. Continue reading “Ariana Grande Mac Viva Glam Lipstick”
At some point I’m hoping soon I’ll learn to be less spendy but for now I may as well show you all the prettier side of the hole in my wallet where money used to live! I feel like I did well to curb the make-up buying in Mac with just a few key purchases. One of which was due to finally replacing something I lost months ago & have needed back in my life ever since! However I feel I balanced this out with some Primarni & Amazon shopping.
I’m on a personal mission to cut down on spending this year & have a budget that works. This means I’m trying to curb my addiction of luxe lipsticks which is a little out of control! I’ve started the new year with this one from Rimmel’s latest collection The Only One. I bought this simply because who in their right mind thought to seriously call any lipstick The Only One! So I went ahead & picked up Under My Spell.
Over the past few years I’ve blogged away I don’t know why I didn’t do a giveaway sooner. I forgot not just my first Blogiversary but recently hit my second, it’s a bit of a shock to me because I’ve always started things but never quite kept doing them like I have with blogging. I think it’s really changed who I am by giving me space to simply be me. I’ve found new blogs, learnt things about myself & evolved by simply being able to apply make-up without looking like a clown. One of the biggest things I’ve learnt is how to apply lipstick without spending 20 minutes trying to fix the mess I’d made. So here it is my little giveaway to say thank-you to a wonderful community of bloggers & blog readers!
